Discovering the Winning TEAM (Man, the Tri-Union Being [Spirit, Soul and Body] - The Body Has to Lose (Part 2)
J. Oswald
Sanders triggers my thoughts in his assertions of the descriptive nature of a
grown man or rather a man of maturity. It is said in Proverbs 20:5 that
"A plan (motive, wise counsel) in the heart of a man is like water in a
deep well, But a man of understanding draws it out". For this,
the deceptive understanding of self is based on the reasoning faculty of the
soul that holds the Mind, Will & Emotions - Only senses the Intellectual
World.
I have learnt
that the trajectory to life is but a SMART Combination that bonds the trio. As
we labour with the deceptiveness of the flesh that is only but the body, blood
and bones - weak and often shortened by disease, hunger, bitterness, worries,
polluted foods then the mystery of the unquenched grave, life seems like a walk in
the shadows of death. It awaits for every man - its only a question of how, when and why.
For the
generation+ that I have breathed, and have had un-countable encounters with
God's grace and mercy, my learnings have demonstrated that man ought to be
mature in every sense. Without the inadequacy of
a descriptive understanding that "Perfecting a costly machine
and neglecting to provide the motive power is
ineffectual" creates an imaginary experience of what triumphs with
and without. The probability of failure in this case would balance the
probability of success in the event that the argument is presented on the
contrary. For man to have this assurance as a machine, its creator MUST be seen as the life giver and sustainer - Faith in HIM. Often with the quest for power, wealth, longevity many that have had 'success' to attain any or all know that any acquisition may last but again for a while, will offer life lessons to the living - a true description of emptiness - its never enough and you cannot hold it any longer if the body has succumbed.
The
indispensable qualification is a requirement that suggestively assumes that to
have a winning TEAM is the product of the three yet at all times protecting
less of the interests of the mortal body. The TEAM will infact if maturity is
achieved and godliness is prioritized consider an agreement without the body
and a stronger realization that the Soul and Spirit have at all times
transition from listening to the body. No wonder no man is indispensable - God
has at all times since from the beginning, now and forever held power and life
- the rhyme (He has got the whole universe in his hands - principalities,
governments, heavens and all manner of life at his disposal).
Today as is the
fate of men, and everything that exists - we are alive and seen today, tomorrow
its no more. Man's corrupt ways, often aggravated by the demands of the flesh,
orchestrated by the corrupt heart and mind, is no more. One is born today and another
is demised at the same time. The true definition of life, is a body tamed by
and for God that sustains life even after the body is considered no more. No
amount of physical discipline, a healthy & well-nourished body and one
protected from physical harm will surpass the ultimate preservation that steams
from spiritual nourishment.
End of Part 2 - Tame the Appetite of the Body.
